We are committed to building complete athletes through a structured and intentional approach. Our program emphasizes three key areas of development:

Drill-Based Practices (2x Week)
Our team practices are built around high-repetition, drill-focused training designed to reinforce fundamentals and improve muscle memory. Every session is purposeful, with stations and progressions that develop hitting, fielding, throwing, and base-running through consistent reps and game-like scenarios.

Speed & Agility Training (1x Week)
We know that athleticism is a difference-maker. Our speed and agility sessions offered to all players with Positive Sports Lab are tailored to improve quickness, reaction time, lateral movement, and overall explosiveness — helping players perform at a higher level in every aspect of the game.

Position-Specific Private Lessons (Recommended 1x Week)
To complement team training, we offer private instruction recommendations focused on each player’s position. Whether it’s pitching mechanics, catching technique, infield footwork, or outfield routes, these one-on-one sessions provide detailed feedback and customized coaching to help players master their roles.
