Team Structure.

Our organization uses a color-based team system — Black, Orange, and White — to clearly define levels of play and ensure appropriate development for each athlete. White teams focus on foundational skills and growth, Orange teams represent intermediate competition and advanced instruction, and Black teams compete at the highest level with a focus on elite performance and preparation for the next stage of baseball.

  • More Reps, Faster Development: Smaller rosters ensure every player gets more at-bats, defensive innings, and in-game experience — accelerating skill growth and confidence.

  • Focused Coaching: With fewer players, coaches can provide more individualized attention and feedback during practices and games.

  • Positional Opportunities: Players have more chances to develop at multiple positions, helping them become more versatile and well-rounded.

  • Built-In Flexibility: With 11-12 player rosters,  families have room for occasional scheduling conflicts without negatively impacting the team.

  • Balanced Playing Time: We prioritize development over depth, making sure each player contributes and feels like a key part of the team.
